The world
Three high-school classmates, now about to turn fifty, reconnect through a group chat. They live a few subway stops apart, and each family lives through the same event — a funeral, a reunion, a wedding gift — in its own way. Shape is personality: the Square family is big, warm and always stretched; the Triangle couple fights side by side and makes up face to face; the Circle family has everything except company.
